Election of Board Members

The elections

The Alumni Community designates 12 members of the Alumni affiliated with the Community through online consultations.

These consultations take place each year and concern the 6 board members whose terms are expiring (which last 2 years), so that there is a turnover of half of the Board members appointed in this manner.

The consultations identify the 6 members as follows:

  • the Community (online elections) will choose 3 members among those who have decided to run;
  • the Nomination Committee will choose  3 members among the profiles suggested by the Community who best represent the latter in terms of abilities, experience, demographic and geographic distribution
